Orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis.  If you ordered a used textbook and we no longer have stock, you will be substituted with a new textbook and charged the price for the new textbook.  In addition, you will notice that books for your classes may be required, recommended, or optional.  Here is how the Bookstore classifies each of these categories:

Required - professor requires you to have this book for the class.
Recommended/Optional - professor recommends purchasing the book as an added supplement for the class.

Textbook listings are accurate to the best of our knowledge on any given date, but titles, editions, ISBN numbers, and prices are subject to change without notice by either the professor or the publisher. The Bookstore is not responsible for subsequent textbook changes if students buy from another source based on information posted on our site.

Shipments

• Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday or the next business day following an observed holiday. During the first weeks of classes there may be delays in processing due to the high volume of orders.
• All shipments require a signature. After the third attempt, your package will be returned to us and you will not receive a credit for shipping.
• UPS Shipping Rates: 
  • Ground: $20.00 for the first two items and $2.00 for each additional item.
  • 2^nd Day: $30.00 for the first two items and $2.00 for each additional item.
  • Next Day: $40.00
• NO shipments to PO Boxes.
• Orders placed to be shipped to campus residences will be CANCELLED. 
• Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.  The total at the end of your transaction posted online may not necessarily be the total charged to your credit card because of the following reasons:

    - New/used book substitution made
    - Publisher price changes
    - Book(s) is unavailable

• Your credit card or A/R (Financial Aid) account will be charged at the time your reservation is physically picked up.  A photo ID is REQUIRED for pick up.
